- All rates include 2 people. Each additional guest is $5/day, $10/week or $25/month, up to 6 per site.
- Payment: Cash, check or credit card, due at arrival.
- Example: $475 + (600 kWh × $0.16) = $571. Your actual electric depends on usage.
Workforce Stays
Working at the Ingleside yard or on the LNG expansion along the La Quinta Channel? Our big pull-through sites come with 20/30/50 amp power and free Wi-Fi. Each site has room for 2 vehicles, with overflow parking at the red barn for a third. Bringing a work trailer? Ask us first — trailers are approved case by case. Check-in is noon–5 PM, so call ahead if your crew arrives after dark.
Long-Term Stays
Month-to-month sites in a gated park with posted quiet hours. Satellite dishes, patios and outside storage are welcome with approval. RVs of any age are welcome as long as they’re in good condition. Long-term guests also get one RV wash a year, scheduled with the office.

Policies & FAQ
- When is rent due?
- On the 1st of each month. A $25/day late fee starts on the 6th, with no exceptions.
- Can I bring pets?
- Yes, up to 2 dogs or cats per site, on a 6-ft leash. At the pond, friendly, non-aggressive dogs can run off-leash and swim. Watch for snakes near the water, and please pick up after your pet.
- Is the water drinkable?
- Yes. Every site has a potable water hookup.
- What time is check-in?
- Noon–5 PM, with check-out by noon. Our tree-lined roads make after-dark arrivals tricky, so call ahead if you'll arrive after dark.
- What are quiet hours?
- 10 PM–7 AM Sunday through Thursday nights, midnight–8 AM Friday and Saturday nights.
- What if I leave early?
- Daily and weekly stays are non-refundable. Monthly guests who have stayed 3 or more months may request a prorated refund, at the owner's discretion.
- What about power outages?
- We run our own private water and wastewater systems. In the rare event of a power outage over 24 hours, we'll temporarily close for everyone's safety and reopen as soon as systems are restored.
- How many vehicles can I have?
- 2 vehicles per site, with overflow parking at the red barn for a 3rd vehicle or visitors. Work trailers and other vehicles need written permission from management first.
